EXPERIENCE AND KNOW HOW

SICOMA have been producing Turbine ( Pan ) mixers for more than 30 years, utilising the expertise gained by the parent company OMG in the production of planetary mixers for the past 50 years. The know how from the planetary mixer production was the basis for the high quality and up to date design and production methods used for the Sicoma Turbine mixers.

QUALITY SYSTEM:

The Manufacturing Procedures used by O.M.G. for the manufacturing of all SICOMA Mixers have been compliant with the Quality Requirements of ISO 9001 since 1995 and have been upgraded and approved by CERMET in 2009 as compliant to ISO 9001:2008.

3-D MODELLING

Since 1999 all Mixers are designed and constantly improved with the use of three dimensional modeling softwares.

CNC MACHINE CENTER

The steel fabrication of the mixer tank and several parts of Sicoma Mixers are CNC machined to guarantee the necessary accuracy and to reduce the time of assembly.

PATENTS

The Shafts' Seals as well as other particular features typical of Sicoma Mixers are protected by International Patents.
